MACD Submits Comments on Proposed Bison EIS

Montana FWP’s proposal to reintroduce “wild and free roaming” bison has been a topic of much discussion amongst the conservation districts. In 2013, a resolution was passed that declares MACD “opposed to free roaming wild buffalo or bison.” (See Resolution 13-03).
Therefore, MACD found it within our duties to submit comments on FWP proposed Environmental Impact Statement concerning the reintroduction of wild/free roaming bison.
